How much does balloon décor cost?

You can fill out the inquiry form for a personalized quote. Base prices are list below each service on the website, not including transportation/mileage fee or any additional fees. Services that require more balloons and equipment may require a third-party transport; mileage is calculated roundtrip.

 

How far in advance should I book?
You should book at least 2 weeks in advance. Last-minute bookings may be possible if I’m available:

• Events booked less than 2 weeks in advance: Requires full payment at least 7 days before event.

• Events booked less than 7 days: Requires all items in stock and full payment upon booking. Rush fees may apply.

 

How does payment work?
A non-refundable 50% deposit to hold the date; full balance due 7 days before the event. See last-minute rules above.

Can I provide my own balloons?
I typically use my own high-quality balloons to ensure safety, durability, and a professional look. If your event is booked within my preferred time range, the use of my balloons is required.

 

For rushed or special case-by-case bookings, you may request to use client-provided balloons with an Equipment Handling Fee. This fee covers the additional time and effort required to pick up, prepare, and safely include client-provided balloons into the design.

 

Do you provide delivery and setup?

Yes, I provide full delivery and professional setup for all installations. I arrive with the balloons blown up and ready for installation to ensure an efficient and seamless setup process. If necessary, I may inflate additional balloons on-site to accommodate final adjustments or venue-specific requirements.
