Please note estimated setup times for each balloon service below:

• Balloon Arch: Approx. 1 hour

• Balloon Garland: Approx. 1.5 to 2 hours (depending on size and design)

• Balloon Columns: Approx. 30 minutes (per pair)

• Balloon Wall: Approx. 2 hours

• Easel Setup with Balloons: Approx. 30 minutes

  If multiple services are booked, setup time may increase accordingly.

  Please note below if venue is accessable earlier than time needed.

This helps us plan your setup around our schedule. Early or flexible access is appreciated and may be required depending on our schedule of your setup.

Please note: Standard selection inclues 2 colors. Each addtional color is $10 extra.

Please be as specific as possible when listing your desired colors. For example, instead of just “green,” specify if you prefer a particular shade like emerald green, sage green, or mint green. If no specific shade is noted, a standard base color will be used at our discretion.

You’re also welcome to reference colors directly from your inspiration photo, if applicable.

Feel free to include color references in insparation uploads if you’d like to be more precise with color desired.
